What You’ll Do:
The Recruiting Advisor will support business objectives by proactively sourcing, assessing and recruiting talent using various sources and techniques while navigating the appropriate channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. The person in this role will deliver a positive candidate experience through effective and timely communication. They will have full-cycle recruiting responsibilities and leverage relationship-building skills to create meaningful connections with hiring managers and candidates.
- Support full-cycle Academy recruitment needs including sourcing, selecting, interviewing and offering candidates
- Implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies to attract and maintain candidates for current openings and pipeline development in assigned function
- Maintain accurate hiring reports and knowledge of talent market and industry trends
- Maintain online job postings and job descriptions
- Conduct comprehensive job profiling sessions with hiring managers to identify target skill sets and prepare participants for the interview and selection process
- Partner with hiring managers on recruiting efforts, hiring efficiencies & recruitment training
- Maintain positive candidate experience through clear expectations, frequent communication and timely feedback
- Assist with development & activation of recruitment strategies
- Assist with representing IMG Academy at Career Fairs & networking events
- Provide advice to protect the organization against unfair or illegal/discriminatory hiring practices
- Work with recruiting team and candidates to support recruitment needs including setting up interviews, booking flights, lodging and confirming interviews/schedules
- Conduct reference checks
- Assist with processing of new hires, including all paperwork, orientation and completed personnel files
- Assist with IMG Academy employee events and employee recognition efforts
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
- Other duties as assigned
You Have These:
- Knowledge or interest in Human Resources and recruiting, including knowledge of state and federal hiring processes and laws
- Proficient with technology including but not limited to MS Office, Excel, Online HRIS Systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills in person and via phone and email
- Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to respond with urgency to employee and candidate requests
- Ability to maintain a high level of conduct and ethics in all employee and guest relations
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced organization
- Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues and be team-oriented
We’d Love If You Also Have These:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Recruiting experience in a Human Resources office
- HR experience working in an environment with a combination of exempt/non-exempt/seasonal employees
- Florida notary
- Bilingual
Background Requirements:
