Nurse Injector Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Administer injectables such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, & PRF
• Provide skin rejuvenation treatments such as laser resurfacing, and microneedling,
• Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for our patients
• Review and maintain each patient's records pre- and post-treatment
• Provide exceptional customer experiences
• Performs customer service follow-up calls as needed
• Perform patient consultations and good faith exams to identify client needs to develop comprehensive treatment plans, recommend retail products and cross-promote med spa services.
• Always be learning – We take great pride in our approach to aesthetics which is why we offer an ongoing training program. The entire team works together to ensure that our treatments are the gold standard.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations; protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; talking with colleagues to keep abreast of developments in the industry.
• Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of the company as an individual and as a team member.
• Commitment to following all company policies, procedures, and aspects of client care, with a strong passion to demonstrate and promote company culture.
• Must be flexible to work “after hours,” occasional weekends, med spa events, and occasional late hours to anticipate client flow.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an NP or RN in the state of Michigan
• 1-year experience in a clinic, hospital, or private medical practice.
• Experience with aesthetics is a plus, but not necessary as our training is extensive.
• Excellent customer support, communication, & integrity.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and follow through on aftercare.
• Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and EMR.
• 1 year of aesthetic injection experience and cosmetic laser experience is preferred though willing to train extensively for the right candidate
• Be incredibly reliable and punctual
• Ability to translate and explain complex, scientific information for patients to easily understand

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
