We are a leader in the growing Aesthetic industry, New Radiance Cosmetic Center is currently looking for Florida Licensed APRN or Physician Assistant with a passion for the Aesthetics Industry with sales experience? Our offices offer, cosmetic laser treatments, neuro-modulators and bio-fillers. We currently are hiring for our Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale Locations for Full Time Providers. We are also seeking Part Time Providers for our Wellington and Palm Beach Gardens office. Paid training and liability insurance are provided.

COMPENSATION: Will commensurate with experience. We are extremely competitive and offer the a monthly bonus opportunity.

JOB REQUISITES:

• Must be licensed in the state of Florida as a Physician Assistant/APRN.
• A minimum of one year experience as a Physician Assistant/APRN
• The ability to work autonomously, efficiently and punctually.
• Aesthetics is in the top 10 Growing areas in the Medical Field, only passionate candidates will be considered.
• Strong experience in Sales is required.

TRAINING: We provide extensive training that can last up to 8-12 weeks depending on your experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide superior cosmetic aesthetic services, including injectable services and laser treatments in accordance with best practices.
• Conduct consultations, evaluate needs, and sell appropriate services.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency with patient charting, and other software
• Interact with clients, patients and staff with a high level of professionalism.
• Strong business acumen and conflict and problem resolution skills
• Handle questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Attend and participate in training and staff meetings on a regular basis.
• Schedule flexibility, you will be required to work a minimum of two nights till 7pm and have rotating Saturday availability.
