Imperial Systems, a manufacturing company specializing in air pollution control, is seeking a qualified candidate to join the Aftermarket Sales team. This position is a full-time opportunity with full benefits and paid time off.

The position requires a responsible, self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. They will assist in various stages of the sales cycle gaining hands on experience and sales training support.

Primary responsibilities include:

· Prospecting for new business through research and outgoing phone calls

· Help develop customer relationships

· Assist in maintaining and managing customer interactions through CRM system

· Work with and support aftermarket sales, territory managers and rep network

· Learn and apply sales techniques

Desired skills and experience:

· Proficient working with MS Office with the ability to learn new programs

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong work ethic

· Outgoing and comfortable talking with customers and prospects over the phone

· Must be organized, able to handle multiple projects at one time and work well independently

· Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop sales techniques

· Ability to fit into a small business and team-oriented environment is critical

· Customer service experience preferred

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
