As an AIML Device Management Specialist, you will work closely with all teams across the AIML organization to help resolve their development needs, as well as lead and distribute thousands of products, parts, tools, and supplies for teams around the world. You will play an integral part in the product development process in AIML, ensuring that our teams are prepared with the information and hardware they need to be successful.

- Experience working with spreadsheets and databases

- Familiarity with Apple products and basic troubleshooting
- Proven experience completing deliverables with little to no instructions
- Be able to lift and transport inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, a valid California Driver’s license
Description
The AIML Device Management Specialist will be responsible for managing a large development hardware inventory across multiple storage locations. We are seeking someone who can provide a high level customer service experience for our internal customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with the logistical coordination of development hardware allocations and distribution. As part of the device management team you will compile and present information about development hardware projects to engineering teams, identify and track key metrics in order to make data-driven allocations decisions, securely receive, store and distribute prototype hardware, manage the logistics of shipping prototypes around the world, conduct regular lab audits, and provide on-site support to engineering distribution labs in Cupertino.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $30.28 and $67.54/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
