JOB TITLE: MAINTENANCE FOREMAN- AP0003
DEPARTMENT: EAST TEXAS REGIONAL AIRPORT
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Knowledge of FAR Part 139 Airport Regulations and Part 1542 Security Requirements.
2. Minimum of two years airport maintenance and operations experience.
3. Knowledge of electrical and lighting systems, pavement maintenance, HVAC, heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
4. Must have 2 years of supervisory experience.
5. Knowledge of avionics radios, airfield communications and the ability to operate safely on active runways, taxiways, and other airport movement areas.
6. Must be available to be on call for after-hours emergencies.
7. Must be able to pass a 10 year criminal background check.
EXAMPLES OF JOB DUTIES:
1. Assists the Maintenance Supervisor with the day to day Airport Maintenance.
2. Maintenance and upkeep of Airport Facilities and buildings to FAA Standards.
3. Maintain and repair electrical devices including high voltage switch gear and airport lighting.
4. Airfield self-inspections.
5. Any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
SALARY: From: $36,328.00/ANNUALLY
