The Physician Relationship Ambassador will report directly to the Regional Account Manager and be accountable to Network Outside Sales Representatives. This part-time position will require timely, accurate, and outstanding customer service to our clients, health systems, large physician groups and smaller practices. The Physician Relationship Ambassadors will report intoNetwork Sales and must follow all policies and procedures while collaborating and being accountable to the operations department as well as the Network Sales Rep as a support system.
Essential Job Functions
Physician Relationship Ambassador (PRA): A part-time customer service focused resource in support of the Regional Account Manager and Physician Account Rep for an assigned PAR territory. Focus will be primarily on the following:
1. Outstanding Customer Service – Provide both soft skills and technical skills. Able to execute service recovery with polish and in an artful way with genuine polish
2. Obtain Physician/Office Manager Testimonials (video preferred), References, andSurveys
3. Level 1 Technical Training – Confirm DEP Health Status. Training in basics of technical troubleshooting, Trained in WIFI continuity and connectivity & SD CardSwaps. Escalate to Operations as appropriate.
4. Inquire about increasing the value-add by inquiring/noticing whether or not other offices and/or exam rooms exist that can use our materials/services.
5. Referral gathering - Inquire about other physicians or professional network who can be referred to HM. Identify and gather physician business cards.
6. Will work together with Network Sales Rep to provide 100% customer satisfaction to clients and ensure 100% functionality of the product. Basic on the job training will be provided.
7. Daily travel within assigned territory will be required.
Qualifications:
· Ability to interface with client counterparts.
· Must have computer, high speed internet access to submit call reports and possess computer
Skills(i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel).
· Interpersonal Skills

ADA- Physical Demands of the Position:
Ability to frequently sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision & depth perception.
Ability to perform moderate lifting, 15-30 pounds.
Subject to inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes as well as possible adverse weather conditions when traveling to clients and potential clients.
This position requires 50% travel within the assigned territory.
Must be willing to comply with all office policies and procedures as related to health screenings or personal protective equipment.
