Analyst, Corp Compliance Job at DAVITA
DaVita’s Compliance team, “Team Quest” identifies, develops, and implements strategies to mitigate risk in a quickly evolving healthcare regulatory landscape. As a Compliance Data Analyst supporting the Compliance team, you will join a highly motivated and capable team and will be a key player in enhancing compliance oversight.
This position supports the team in managing and governing data for department needs and strategies, analyzing and improving data quality, aligning data tools, and supporting reporting needs. The individual is expected to improve and/or automate existing processes, create efficiencies, independently lead analyses, develop relationships with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional work with support teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement data-driven analysis, data quality processes, and data visualization assets. Develop useful, interactive dashboards for stakeholders.
Combine innovative thinking and the ability to question the status quo to generate "outside the box" analytics and strategy.
Participate in projects to identify problems, improve work processes, and improve systems relating to automation, data quality, and data governance standards.
Develop working relationships with business and analytical partners to build understanding of business processes, risks, and data needs.
Work with data owners and subject matter experts to setup sustainable data integrations between systems, refine requirements of development, and test/demo features.
Identify root cause of data inconsistencies, even if occurring upstream, and implement collaborative solutions to remediate issues.
Other responsibilities can include:
- Create / maintain data dictionaries and data models to allow easy mapping, reference of key systems.
- Organize tasks and projects for data team.
- Design and develop storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Occasional data entry.
Qualifications
Required.
- Bachelor’s degree – STEM or related.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn new systems, reporting and ETL tools quickly.
- Ability to interact with all levels of teammates.
- Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
- Travel required: less than 5%
- Please note: This is a hybrid role. All hybrid team members are expected to be in-office (Denver) minimum 2 days per week. This policy is subject to change.
Preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience with SQL, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
- 1+ years’ experience with Business Intelligence tool (like Tableau).
- Experience with JIRA or other Agile ticketing software.

Salary/ Wage Range
$51,400.00 - $75,500.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
