Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday. This position requires participating in an emergency on-call rotation with your teammates.

Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of residential maintenance experience for skilled tech position, 1-2 years for make ready technicians including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance & carpentry. CFC/EPA Certification to handle refrigerant and hands-on HVAC repair experience is required for skilled technicians, preferred for make ready technicians but will provide training for certification.

Reliable transportation required. A background check will be conducted.
