Appliance Delivery Summary:

Our Appliance Delivery is responsible for all aspects of the delivery experience including scheduling and routing deliveries, delivery/install/removal of appliances from customer’s homes, providing outstanding customer service, warehouse duties including receiving inbound inventory, truck maintenance, and maintaining accurate delivery paperwork. The Appliance Delivery staff will be working closely with the sales department, and report to the Installation Manager.

Appliance Delivery Responsibilities:

• Create a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service while carefully delivering and removing appliances in customer’s homes.
• Team player – work with support, service, and operations staff to ensure that the customer receives the best experience possible.
• Promote our brand – responsible for maintaining clean and orderly delivery vans to make customer’s first impression a lasting one.
• Unloading and receiving of inbound inventory with accuracy and minimal damage.
• Other duties as assigned.

Appliance Delivery Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills and can-do attitude.
• Hard working and motivated while focused on contributing to our company’s success.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically able to lift and move objects 50-100lbs, team lifting of 300lbs+
• Technical aptitude and ability to use tools properly.
• Clean driving record and must be able to pass a background check and drug test (CDL not required).

Job Type & Compensation:

Full-time

Base: $20/hr. - $22/hr. ($41,600 - $45,760 annually)

Eligible for bonus and/or profit sharing
