The Job You Will Perform:
Perform Technical Analysis, Code Development, Estimates, Testing, Report Writing, and Supporting, Monitoring, and Project enablement for technical solutions derived from business requirements and IT improvement initiatives that provide value add to the end customer.
- Under general direction formulates and defines system scope and objectives
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment, capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results
- Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written
- Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents those programs
- Competent to work on all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities
- May be responsible for completion of a phase of a project
- Regularly provides support for higher level analysts and provides guidance and training to less experienced analyst/programmers
- Being an effective advanced apprentice of ERP systems best practices, processes, procedures and policies
- Assists with vulnerability management remediation with Enterprise Security Team
- May act in a team lead role
- Other Duties as Assigned
The Skills You Will Bring:
Technical:
- 5+ years of Transact SQL
- 4+ years of C#, .NET or ASP.NET
- 3+ years of Crystal Reports (or similar report writer)
- 2+ years of Source Control (TFS, VSS) and Change Management
- Application interface and web application development
Competencies:
- Application Development Lifecycle competent
- Object-oriented programming
- High degree of IT technical knowledge
- Experience and knowledge of ERP application systems
- Understands critical application/infrastructure success factors
- Works effectively within a team (team player)
- Works well in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Understands business processes and information needs
- Experience in an environment with 100+ installations
- Intermediate Project Management
- Excellent Troubleshooting
- Proven Cross-Team Collaboration
- Demonstrated Self-Management / Motivation
