Location: Sacramento, CA
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with customers, identifying business needs and requirements, and designing, developing, integrating, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise applications and public-facing applications to meet those business needs and requirements.
- Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in the production of software and applications using front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5, and third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular, and jQuery), Java/Java Enterprise Edition Platform, or cloud-based Low-code Application Platforms technologies.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience designing and integrating RESTful.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with one or more database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, and SQL Server).
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading the complete software development process from conception to deployment using Agile Methodology.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with knowledge transfer to state staff.
