Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream is looking for an Area Manager for the Orlando/Oviedo Area!

The Area Manager is responsible for multiple locations at a time. This is a full-time salaried position (37-45 hours per week) at $50,000 - $52,000 / year. The Area Manager is responsible for all administrative aspects of each Scoop Shop, including but not limited to: scheduling, banking, event management, maintenance issues, hiring, and firing. They will spend some time in the Shop scooping alongside their team. This salaried position expects the Area Manager to work a flexible schedule that best benefits their stores. They are responsible for training all staff employed at each of their locations and ensuring each store operates with “The Kelly’s Way.” They will ensure that their stores exemplify quality control, inventory control, top customer service, cleanliness, and organization. They must show strong leadership abilities to lead their team and develop the future leaders of tomorrow.

Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $24.00 - $25.00/hour.
