• Provide on the job training for employees not only product related but also company
  policies and procedures.
• Ability to learn difficult tasks/procedures quickly and with little supervision
• Assemble various electromechanical assemblies using procedures, process documentation
  assembly drawing bills of material and small hand tools (i.e. pliers, cutter, solder iron.)
• Perform visual inspection of electromechanical assemblies for compliance to workmanship
  standards using various inspection methods
• Complete applicable written and electronic documentation accurately (i.e. routing device
  history records, maintenance logs, etc.
• Operates standard electronic test equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes, DMM’s signal generators,
  power supplies etc.)
• Troubleshoots products to sub assembly level

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent in education, training and experience.

Related Experience:

• Experience in SAP and 5-7 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.

Special Competencies or Certifications:

• Experience with using SAP, basic computer skills.
• Select individuals will work as needed in the Infrastructure Projects (IP) area.
• These duties are similar to the NC&T duties but may involve more extensive
  electrical wiring and schematics training and knowledge, brazing of copper
  tubing, and other unique duties to this production line. Employees chosen to
  work in the IP area will be trained on these duties.
