SCHERTZ
- 1st shift - $16/hrly | 6am-430pm M-Th | 10hour shift | Mandatory Overtime working 5-7 days a week 10-12 hour shifts
- 2nd shift - $17.12/hrly | 430pm-3am M-Th | 10hour shift | Mandatory Overtime working 5-7 days a week 10-12 hour shifts
SAN ANTONIO
- 1st shift - $16/hrly | 530am-4pm M-Th | 10hour shift | Mandatory Overtime working 5-7 days a week 10-12 hour shifts
- 2nd shift - $17.12/hrly | 4pm-230am M-Th | 10hour shift | Mandatory Overtime working 5-7 days a week 10-12 hour shifts
- Training for Seguin is conducted for 2 weeks M-Th 6am-430pm and training for San Antonio & Schertz is conducted in Schertz for 1 week 6am-430pm M-TH.

What is the job?
- Aligning and securing engine components as directed by work instructions
- Installing gaskets, seals, bearings, hoses, covers, and visual components
- Ensure that all parts and materials used in the assembly process are free from quality defects
- Assist other departments with problem or improvement ideas related to assembly
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Work safely and maintain a clean work environment
What you bring to the job?
- Great attitude and ability to work in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)
- Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
- Good communication skills and the ability to read, write, and count and distinguish.
- Ability to stand, stoop, squat, bend, and lift up to 50lbs in a 10 hr shift
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work Mandatory Overtime (varies per department)
