Description:
Assist the Merchandising team in all aspects of the e-comm and wholesale process.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new items and updating of current items. Insure items are categorized properly and tagged with appropriate attributes for the websites
- Purchase Order Management. Process, track purchase orders for the merchandising team. Communicate with vendors /retailers to insure timely deliveries and accuracy of orders.
Update purchase orders as needed with current information. Receive and Close orders as directed.
- Create Product line sheets and assortment summaries.
- Manage MAP pricing and prepare price changes as directed.
- Manage samples from 3rd party vendors for marketing and photo department.
- Maintain Vendor Data base
- Other duties or projects as assigned
Requirement/Skills
- Two years prior office experience
- Associates degree or greater
- Retail/Wholesale buying office experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Logical thinker
- Self-motivated
- Works Independently
This position is for our Corporate office in Henderson NV.
