We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Club Manager that ensures efficient and effective operations of our JOHN REED club in Santa Monica. You'll provide management and leadership for our membership, fitness, and operations teams to deliver a unique and cohesive experience. Your role will report directly to the John Reed Club Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Create, form and cultivate a JOHN REED community and a welcoming and unique club atmosphere for our Santa Monica location.
• Oversee all operations, including membership acquisition.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training of a high-performing club team. Lead with example and maintain a positive team spirit.
• Monitor member satisfaction and ensure a consistently evolving world class member experience, echoing the brand values.
• Manage all members facing events, including communications with our marketing team.
• Support the Club Manager as a strategic team player within the leadership team.

Salary Range:$65,000 - $75,000
