This position assists the Director of Financial Aid in managing and supervising the daily operations of the Financial Aid Office. In addition, assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Federal financial aid programs and monitors program compliance with all funding sources in accordance with Federal, State and College rules and regulations.

• The position requires at least a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) and at least five years of prior FA related work experience (with supervision preferred).
• Demonstrated strong commitment to student success and ability to work effectively as part of a student services team to continuously improve the student experience;
• Federal laws and regulations including the Higher Education Act of 1965, the Privacy Act, the Buckley Amendment, and U.S. Department of Education Student Financial Aid Handbook.
• Demonstrated management/supervisory experience and effectiveness;
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
• Ability to maintain strict accuracy, confidentiality, and be detail oriented;
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a diverse student population, administrators, faculty and staff;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,706.30 - $69,818.20 per year
