Assistant Director of Residential Services Job at TILL, Inc.
The Assistant Director of Residential Services provides assistance to the Director of Residential Services in establishing and maintaining quality residential services which are in keeping with TILL's philosophy of personal growth and community membership. The AD will be responsible for leading a team of Residential Coordinators and must have strong supervisory and teaching skills. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in human services, psychology or a related field, minimum 5 years' experience with progressive responsibilities in administration, hiring and supervising staff, direct care, and working with state agencies. Medication Certification, CPR and First Aid are a condition of employment. Must possess good written and oral communication skills. Valid driver's license and car are required.
