The Fulfillment Assistant works under the close supervision of the Fulfillment Manager and closely with the Fulfillment Team to assemble high-quality literature and packaging materials for use by Heska’s Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and International Teams, as well as provide support to the Cuattro Vet USA Sales and Marketing group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Inserts:
- Prepares, assembles and packages variety of inserts for Heska products including Veterinary Diagnostic Starter Kits, Veterinary Diagnostic Refill Kits, and Managing Allergy Workbooks. The assembly process includes, but is not limited to, cutting and trimming, collating, folding, hole punching and binding.
Sales and Distribution Materials:
- Prepares, assembles and packages Heska and Cuattro sales and distribution items including direct mailings, Price Lists, New Hire Training Binders, Continued Education Materials. The assembly process includes, but is not limited to, cutting and trimming, collating, folding, hole punching and binding.
Packaging Assembly:
- Assembles Inventory Requests for Des Moines Production.
- Assembles items for packaging inserts including zip lock bags, diagnostic tubes and return boxes.
Maintenance, Inventory and Delivery:
- Stocks inventory on warehouse shelving.
- Recycles paper and other items.
- Provides assistance for the trade show unit.
- Provides back up for order fulfillment.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent or actively pursuing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Consistently displays a strong attention to detail and high standards for quality.
- Displays a strong initiative and positive attitude.
- Consistently displays strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks (e.g., assemble 20,000 envelopes with list of materials).
- Ability to manage priorities set by supervisor and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
- Beginner ability with Microsoft Outlook.
