- Flexible shifts, including but not limited to overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- 40 hours a week, guaranteed.
- Take on role as acting manager, when (GM) is not in store.
- Partake in hiring staff, both short term and long term
- Prioritize focal points of store, which are: customer experience, create and execute team first environment, grow revenue.
