Assistant General Manager -Full Time or Part Time
- Starting Pay $11 to $14 per hour+ Benefits + Personal commission and free tanning
Expectations of an Assistant General Manager are as follows, but not limited to:
o To work a minimum of 35 hours per week (if Full Time)
o Able to work nights as well as Saturdays and Sundays as required to provide management coverage.
o Complete all manager duties on a daily basis
o Maintain and exceed personal sales performance
o Maintain and exceed salons overall performance
o Attend management meetings
o Perform tasks outside of floor time
o Only Employer Sun Tan City
Job Requirements of an Assistant General Manager are as follows, but not limited to:
o Help Maintain an impeccably clean salon environment.
o Generate sales reports and maintain inventory each shift.
o Demonstrate a calm demeanor during periods of high volume/unusual events.
o Establishes goals for Team Members. Coach, Train and give feedback to improve Team Members’ daily, weekly and monthly performance.
o Assist in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
o Assist General Manager with proper staffing levels while also controlling labor costs.
o Ability to go to the bank as needed.
o Lead by example in all company operations.
o Manage multiple situations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
o Assist in planning and prioritizing salon workload.
o Ability to manage salon operations independently when General Manager is not present.
o Assist with any other manager functions.
