The Charcoal Grill and Rotisserie restaurants are looking for asst. general manager in the Racine Wisconsin location. We are looking to add an outgoing, positive manager to the staff.

We are in search of individuals with 3 to 5 years of experience of guest relations, sale building, working with the staff and controlling cost. You must be outgoing and give a great floor present for the guest.

Our concept is based on wood grilled food and wood fired pizza ovens to give the guest great tasting grilled food all year long. We are a Wisconsin based and operated company for the last 25 years.

Restaurant Managers Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of full service management

- Outstanding Leadership Skills

- Strong operational and restaurant knowledge background

- Exceptional people skills for training and development

- Problem solving skills

- Ability to satisfy guest needs
