Assistant Manager – Pawn broker

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated person who loves to compete. Seeking candidates with experience in pawn shops, financial services.

Primary duties of the Assistant Manager Candidate:

· Able to be trained to manage all facets of a high-volume pawn shop location.

· Assist in implementing store objectives regarding associates’ sales and lending activities.

· Approve/oversee-process every loan (through direction of manager), discount, and sale.

· Work closely with store team to control damage and prevents losses to company and customer assets.

The ideal candidate will work hard and possess a strong desire to help customers meet their needs, love solving problems, and be proficient in building strong relationships.

• Selling and Buying merchandise
• Setting up 30-day collateralized loans
• Merchandising - organizing, pricing, and cleaning the store
• Making phone calls on pawns and layaways.
• Posting retail items online and doing online research
