Assistant Performance Analyst (FT) Job at Graham Windham

The Program Performance and Planning (PPP) team advances a culture of learning, strategic program development, and data-driven performance management in pursuit of that mission and vision. PPP partners with program managers to analyze and interpret data, assess service delivery and program effectiveness, apply learning from data analysis and feedback into program improvement efforts, and develop program resources to strengthen operations and service delivery.
- Support the Program Performance & Planning and Information Technology teams in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and maximizing the use of our data and reporting technologies.
- Manage report development and distribution of repots including monthly management reports, ad hoc reports, ticklers and more in partnership with Senior Performance Analysts and Program Leadership.
- Collect data, produce performance reports, and summarize and interpret information to support Senior Performance Analysts work to guide programmatic decision making and strengthening program performance.
- Compile and organize data to facilitate analysis by Senior Performance Analyst.
- Conduct topical analyses in partnership with Senior Performance Analysts to help managers better understand performance concerns and successes.
- Support Senior Performance Analysts with regulatory agency data, and support audits and other accountability reviews regulatory bodies.
- Support the Senior Performance Analysts with the analysis of process and outcomes data of programs so the Senior Performance Analysts can facilitate discussions and workgroups, and coaching program supervisors on understanding and interpreting data.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Must have excellent data analysis skills and a strongly held belief that children and families can succeed.
- Mastery of MS Excel and Power Point
- Detailed oriented, with excellent written and oral skills
- Must be hospitable, flexible, a team player, and have a passion for serving children and families
- Must be willing to travel throughout NYC, as needed.
- Experience using Microsoft SQL and PowerBI a significant plus
- Experience working with end-users to develop reports using Microsoft Report Builder a plus
- Some experience with non-profit performance management experience preferred.
- We may consider upgrading this role to a Performance Analyst role if the candidate has at least one year of directly relevant experience.
