Overview

The Assistant Practice Manager provides support in all areas of our clinic's functions, to include clinical, sales, and operations! The ideal candidate will have the polish and leadership skills that compliment our luxury setting while contributing effectively to the clinic's set goals and ensuring our patients receive the best experience.

Main responsibilities include but not be limited to:

• Manage individual patient experience in accordance with our high standards
• Welcome patients while always focusing on their experience (ie offering them a beverage, getting to know them, being aware of cleanliness and staff being on cell phones)
• Answer initial questions and schedule consultations
• Coach and support staff, ensuring they provide exemplary patient service
• Be the initial point of contact for any patient issues
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge and understanding of our facility, core values, & our surgeons' expertise.
• Assist Practice Manager in Daily paperwork reconciliation, coordinating staff schedules, and covering front desk when needed
• Assist with ordering, receiving and stocking of products and inventory

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• At least 3 years' leadership experience within a customer service-focused setting
• Professional demeanor
• Able to build effective working relationships across many functions and with diverse customers.
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for helping others be the best they can be.
• Strong customer focus with a caring attitude.
• Willingness to embrace constructive criticism and continuously improve.
• Availability to work during the weekend (Saturdays and / or Sundays) per business or operational needs

Preferable Job Qualifications:

• BS/BA preferred.
• Exceptional computer skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, and Salesforce.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems.
• Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team.
