This position gives you the best of both worlds as you learn new skills as a supervisor while spending time with people living in our group homes. You can go places, do activities, and events they love - restaurants, bowling, concerts, parks and so much more. Our ARM's make great things happen by developing friendships to find out what people enjoy and then plan birthday parties, game nights, and holiday decorating. Plus, you can assist co-workers to become great DSP's or reach personal goas as well as helping to find staff to cover shifts.
What we need from you:
- Driver's license
- Diploma/GED
- 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities
