What you can expect:

• Act as an ambassador on the floor and provide guest with welcoming and attentive care.
• Must be able to prioritize, organize, delegate work, and follow through with assigned tasks.
• Communicate effectively with staff members, management and kitchen during service.
• Must understand that customer satisfaction always takes priority, but efficient restaurant operations make it possible.
• Consistently follow proper steps of service with efficiency, while maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Ensure that all guest have a memorable experience filled with hospitality and exceptional service.
• Constantly review operations, and staff, to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and maintain the point of sale system
• Develop, coach & train the staff with a team- oriented mentality
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays
• All other duties, as assigned.

What are some qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Demonstrate eagerness to continue to learn and develop
• 1-2 years of comparable restaurant experience as a manager
• Composed problem- solving ability and hands- on attitude
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
