Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Reports To: Area Manager/Franchise Owner

You will be the face of the Freshii brand on the front lines, energizing our guests every day. You’ll oversee and coordinate all the operational activities during your shift. Let’s get into a few more specifics:

• Train, manage, and coach team members. You are their direct mentor!
• Create a positive and fun environment! Motivate your team to spread energy, be passionate about our menu items, contribute ideas to improve guest experience, and work efficiently.
• Manage and optimize team member scheduling and delegation of duties.
• Assist Manager with maintaining optimal food cost ratios through portion control, inventory, and waste controls. Place food orders as to minimize waste.
• Maintain all restaurant operation policies and procedures, safety protocols as well as governmental regulations.

Now let’s talk about a few requirements.

• Interest in promoting the Freshii mission, strong leadership skills to create a positive team culture
• 2-3 years of retail or quick-service restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

· Serv Safe Certification is a plus

* If you can swing between both of the stores at Cranberry or Downtown, that is a PLUS!

We offer-

The salary range is $20- $25 (this does incude tips) for a 40- 45-hour workweek. Health Insurance subsidy, Merit pay increases, Advancement opportunities, Flexible Scheduling, Company Paid training, Free Meals. NO late evenings at downtown store.

There will be an opportunity for advancement if you perform at this level. Freshii provides a safe and clean environment. No dirty frying or cooking equipment, our food is fresh! Your previous experience will determine pay.
