Summary

Balfour Beatty is seeking an onsite Assistant Superintendent for the Fort Carson Military Housing project located in Colorado Springs, CO. Preferred candidates to have residential experience in the military housing, multifamily housing or wood frame markets.

Essential Functions

• Project Financial Responsibilities
• Preconstruction Services
• Project Start-up and Scheduling
• Project Administration, Operations, and Close-Out
• Promote Customer Relations
• Promote Culture, Leadership and Employee Development

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years or more of commercial construction experience.
• Two years or more of direct supervisory experience related to staff and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).
• Ability to read plans and specs.
• Wood frame experience.

Preferred Experience

• Local qualified candidates, highly encouraged to apply.
• Tier 1 construction backgrounds, helpful for this role, but not required.
