This role is an entry level position as a technology consultant. You will be responsible for solving client’s complex business problems and be able to translate requirements into strategies and solutions. You will provide subject matter expertise across the Workday application and the support needed to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of Workday.

Job Responsibilities:

• Use firm resources to learn and improve understanding of Workday
  
• Assist clients in testing HR and accounting transactions in their systems
  
• Document processes and designs using flow charts and similar diagrams
  
• Prepare job aids for finished software to assist end users
  
• Setup Workday software using established best practices
  
• Troubleshoot problems by finding their root cause in the system and recommending solutions
  
• Manage tasks and projects using firm provided software and practices

Requirements:

• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to confidently interact with senior business leader
  
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
  
• Bachelors or advanced degree in either Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Information Systems; Human Resources Management, Library Sciences, Engineering Management, Technology Management or a field related to the industry.
