KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

ONLINE COMMERCE PROMOTIONAL MARKETING:

  • Work closely with eCommerce Director to develop robust promotional strategy for both new and existing consumers to compliment on site marketing campaigns.
  • Lead creative briefings section tied to promotional strategy.
  • Lead promotional offers set up in Offer Manager and ensure high quality user experience including post set up QA.
  • Report monthly on past campaign performance and optimize future campaigns based on learnings.
  • Strategize with Promotional Marketing, Development and Production Teams to carry out new functionality of offers.
  • Update all promotional, content and marketing calendars and distribute calendars to Customer Service/Operations, Sales Operations, Vendor Partners, and Production.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT LEAD:

  • Lead inventory management in North America for B.com, for samples and gift with purchase.
  • Forecast, report and manage all incoming promotional inventory to ensure promo success and ensure all is set up in the database.
  • Work closely with Demand Planning and eCommerce Manager to monitor incoming promotional inventory and set up the SKU’s in product database.
  • Manage all kitting requests of online sets and GWPs and submit RTV’s as needed for internal teams.
  • Create new skus and monitor approval process through external and internal systems.

RETENTION MARKETING SUPPORT:

  • Support Retention Marketing Manager on email QA, creation of emails, and calendar management with external partners.
  • Lead SMS & MMS marketing campaigns, by sourcing copy, links and providing final approval.
  • Work to ensure Loyalty offers, points, etc. are working as planned and escalate any issues via JIRA.

CUSTOMER SERVICE LIASON:

  • Main point of contact for customer service team.
  • Brief team and maintain/create calendar and ensure awareness of all promotions and events on site.
  • Escalate all complaints or questions to necessary parties to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of related experience.
  • MS Office, Google Analytics, HTML coding proficiency preferred but not required.
  • Online content creation and product merchandising experience preferred but not required.
  • Photoshop proficiency preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and time-management skills.
  • Appreciation for fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $59,500 to $89,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
