What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the gathering and analysis of market intelligence to identify target market characteristics, value propositions, and branding themes.

• Assist with survey development through creating drafts and building questionnaires within the survey platform to ensure internal stakeholders receive effective data to support business decisions.

• Collaborate with team members to create and analyze reports and dashboards that highlight meaningful insights and identify trends.

• Participate in the collection, analysis, and reporting of market research data to identify and interpret market conditions and potential.

• With guidance, review external websites to understand competitors’ approach to customer experience.

• Assist team with review and analysis of the organizations website traffic to identify trends and quantify customer habits and behaviors.

What it Takes:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business intelligence, data science; or equivalent work experience

• Related work experience

• Marketing and database experience beneficial

• Experience with MS SQL Server is beneficial

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS desired

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Excellent analytical skills to include working knowledge of or ability to learn complex statistical analysis, spreadsheets and database applications
