The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is the site where the first H-D factory - a wooden shed - was built in 1903 in the backyard of the William C. Davidson family home. Join our team as a Associate Merchant, Collections - Hybrid.
Job Summary
Harley-Davidson is seeking an experienced Associate Merchandiser for Apparel & Licensing to drive product strategy and brand growth in our Collections business. This individual will assist the merchandising team to build strong assortments that will achieve financial objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop buying and merchandising strategies that tie back to financial goals.
- Initiate and generate business analysis to track selling, identify key trends, and maximize opportunities in the assortment in order to achieve continued growth and probability.
- Provide day-to-day merchandising support to the category merchandisers
- Collaborate with key cross-functional partners on a day-to-day basis
- Assist in preparation for key milestone deliverables – line plans, selling reports, and product knowledge tools
- Responsible for the input and updating of data in merchandising tools

Required
- Typically requires no previous professional experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities, ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently on simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of teamwork to coordinate with many cross-functional partners
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel
Preferred
- At least 1 year of Merchandising experience

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
