A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTO GLASS INSTALLER
As an Auto Glass Installer, you specialize in repairing and replacing windshields on our customers' vehicles. When clients bring their cars into the shop for glass repair, you inspect the damage and decide whether they need a simple chip repair or a full windshield replacement. Once you've determined what type of work is necessary, you provide a quote to the customer.
You use resin to repair smaller chips and cracks, and when full replacements are necessary you remove the damaged windshield and use a strong adhesive to install a new one. Paying attention to detail, you work efficiently and carefully so that each windshield is safely installed. Your satisfaction comes from solving frustrating problems for our customers while working with a great team!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTO GLASS INSTALLER
- 2+ years of relevant experience
