Job description

Immediate position for an automotive mechanic to join our team. If you are an individual who wants to take advantage of a busy family owned and operated shop with consistent repair work on our company owned fleet of vehicles then we have a great job opening for you.

Duties will include but are not limited to overseeing our shop operations, supervising road techs, maintaining vehicle maintenance records, arranging for vehicles out of state to be serviced when needed, arranging towing when needed, shopping for best rates when repairs are needed to our vehicles, overseeing the shop operations, maintaining parts inventory in shop and on service trucks, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hard working, reliable & dependable
• Must have all your own tools
• Ability to pass drug test

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years experience in all phases of repairing automobiles
• Knowledge in diagnosing and repairing our vehicles (Gas engine service trucks and vans).

Interstate Fleet Services was founded in 1998 with one person and a truck providing mobile truck repairs in the Philadelphia area. Over the years we have steadily grown with on-boarding technicians throughout several areas of the country in the Northeast, Midwest and Southeast. Our office grew from the kitchen table to a small office in Jenkintown PA where we quickly outgrew that office and moved to Horsham PA where we have been since 2013. Today we have a beautiful corporate office with a state of the art dispatch center, maintenance shop and many awesome employees who we consider to be family that help us run our day to day operations who all have passion of continued growth.
