Busy Automotive Repair Shop in Park Slope / Gowanus
Seeking Mature Responsible Professionals
- Greet, Check-in and Check-out customers
- Answer phones and handle inquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Contact, Follow-up with Customers and Vendors
- Perform Daily Data entry related to scheduling, service delivery and invoicing
Skills required:
Hi level of customer service (in person and via phone) with commitment to customer satisfaction
Computer skills: email, word processing, data entry, basic accounting & billing software, Mitchell1,
Drivers License Required
Experience in Automotive or other service industry a plus.
