Automotive Call Center Service Agents Job at Apple Ford Shakopee
Apple Autos is seeking friendly, outgoing, and customer focused service call center representatives for our Business Development Center located in Shakopee. Since then Apple has grown to 5 locations and is known for offering our guest 5-star service. We are located at 1350 1st Ave E Shakopee, MN 55379.
Your duties will include:
- Ensure all inbound sales inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and according to script
- Schedule appointments for the service drive
- Make outbound calls to service customers -some cold calling
- Respond to customer emails and chats
- Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
- Log customer information and purify the customer database
Qualifications:
- Call Center and retail experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confident and self-motivated personality
- Must be process-driven, coachable, and trainable
- Must be energetic and enthusiastic
- Must be motivated by reaching and exceeding goals–and earning bonuses!
- Strong computer and Internet skills
- Must have open availability including Saturdays and evening hours
Compensation and Benefits Include:
- Hourly wage starting at $19
