Hello.
We are looking to hire a service writer / advisor to join our team in Blaine.
We are looking for a motivated individual that is wanting to learn and become a part of our team. If you are someone that is familiar with the repair process that is wanting to become a service writer, we might be the fit for you.
Schedule is 9:30 am - 6:00 pm. You will be responsible to close the shop Monday - Friday.
All of our techs / mechanics are paid hourly. No drama in the shop. We have a very positive atmosphere.
Complete Auto Service has been in business since 1996, on the principles of honesty and integrity. We operate three locations (BLAINE, BIG LAKE, AND ANDOVER). We enjoy providing the highest level of automotive repair options while maintaining excellent customer service.
Position Title: Automotive Service Writer / Advisor
Location: Blaine, MN
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Honestly assess vehicles and build a detailed estimate of necessary repairs.
- Communicate cause and correction for customer concerns regarding their vehicle.
- Service the technicians in the shop.
- Maintain inventory.
- Address any concerns from customers and interface with them on their vehicle as needed.
- Maintain professionalism.
- Keep shop in clean, working order.
