What is Apprenticeship with Matt's Automotive Service Center?

Apprentices will work with a mentor to learn on the job hands on. All apprentices are paid for their on-the-job training, provided with tools while in the program, PPE, a Career Coach, and have all cost of education covered. That means, NO COLLEGE DEBT!

To qualify:

• You must display professional communication and provide at least two professional references
• Be a team player and have a willingness to learn
• Have some technical / mechanical skills or abilities (or can pass an aptitude test)
• Must be career minded. This is not just a job, this is the start of your career!
• Pass a background / Drug Test
• Have a valid drivers license and be insurable
• Have an excellent record for attendance
• Have a passion for cars and a great attention to detail
• Is serious about their career and will undergo hands on training on the job, but commit to managing their own education off the job with the tools provided by Matt's Automotive Service Center.
