We are seeking two Autonomous Maintenance Leads to join our team in Richmond, Virginia, United States. As a lead, the successful candidates will be responsible for the production operations in the Plant and delivering key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale. They will ensure that the manufacturing strategy is implemented and fully effective, and strive to build a high-performing organization.

About the Position:

-Lead production operations and delivering key performance targets

-Implement manufacturing strategy and build a high-performing organization

-Manage change/transformation in team roles to progress into self-sufficient teams

-Support manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals

-Establish a strong governance to review, control operational performance and continuous improvement plan

-Identify and manage improvements to technology, culture, capability, and operating systems to deliver a best practice and reliable operation

-Lead and be accountable to ensure compliance requirements are in place and understood by all

-Identify and implement critical levers to attract, retain and develop critical talent

-Partner effectively with all multi-functional peers internally and externally

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree in business, Engineering or related field

-At least 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, union labor management preferred

-Autonomous maintenance (AM) step experience

-Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3

-Coaching and Mentoring skills

-Handling challenging interpersonal situations tactfully

-Influencing people in a union environment

-Communicating effectively verbally and in writing and good attention to detail

-Root Cause Analysis qualification

Requirements:

-Experience in TPM (JIPM) deployment and leadership

-Ability to drive DMS (Daily Management System) processes to the shift level

-Proven Process Management experience
