Role Summary: To train and work in the various kitchen roles while maintaining standards established for food safety, quality, and speed of service. As a Chick-fil-A Team Member, To create a “REMARK”able experience for all guest through operational excellence and second mile service requirements.
Qualifications: (Required)
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age for kitchen employment
- Enrolled in High School, High School graduate or equivalent
- Effective communication skills
- Be able to lift 35 pounds to waist level
- Required to stand for periods of up to four hours in length and maneuver in tight spaces
- Be able to bend and retrieve objects and climb steps and ladders
- Be able to read and understand the primary language used by customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Always works with a sense of urgency
- Able to work flexible schedules
Essential Responsibilities
- Interact with leaders and peers in an attentive and courteous manner
- Report for work with a neat and clean appearance, prepared to begin your shift on time
- Follow all safety and security procedures
- Be able and willing to follow directions
- Willingness to learn
- Demonstrates high morals, honesty, and integrity at all times
- Manipulate utensils and work with all kitchen equipment related to food prep and cooking
- Stocking, cleaning, and performing any functions related to operation of the kitchen and restaurant
