Back Office Receptionist Job at Aesthetic Medicine
Position Summary:
The Back-office receptionist is a position where you can shine! Aesthetic Medicine is looking for a quick learner that brings passion and exceptional service to each patient. We are looking for a professional individual who is very outgoing, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and can build great rapport with patients and are excited to join an amazing team of experienced professionals. As a Checkout Receptionist at Aesthetic Medicine, you will be responsible for learning the health, beauty, and wellness services we provide at our Clinic.
You will be collecting payment, answering incoming calls & communicating with our patients and provide high-level information about our services to patients. This position is responsible for back-office duties including, but not limited to greeting patients, answering phone calls, confirming patient’s information, taking payments, schedule appointments and provide a positive patient experience. You will also serve as a backup for the Front Desk by checking-in patients, handing them consent and necessary forms when they check in, schedule them follow-up appointments and for future appointments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour
