Maui Bread Company is a Fusion Gourmet Bread Shop in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii in the Dolphin Plaza, located across from Kamaole Beach Park I. We are growing with more commercial customers, the mobile food truck "Da Bread Bus" and the plan to open more locations.

We are looking for a full time or a part time bake support with potential.
You have some experience in baking and are eager and willing to learn more.

Responsibilities:
o Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough and recipes
o Shape dough to prepare different bread types, pastries, cookies and treats
o Help bake products and adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
o Help prepare and produce custom-made products based on commercial customers' orders
o Clean kitchen equipment and tools after use
