Nana's Green Tea is an international Japanese tea cafe brand. There are over 100 locations world wide, with Seattle and Bellevue locations being the first on the continental US. We make authentic Japanese pastries using high quality ingredients imported from Japan. We have two pastry departments that work hand in hand to produce the pastry menu for both the Seattle and the Bellevue location. We are currently working out of a commissary kitchen and are seeking for a croissant production baker who is available on the weekends.
Our ideal candidates would be:
- Available to work Saturdays & Sundays
- Able to work from 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- Detail-oriented and able to follow exact recipes to execute the highest quality of products
- Works well independently and values communication
- Has prior experience with lamination would be the cherry on top but if you have pastry or dough experience, it is transferable knowledge!
Weekend Croissant Duties:
- Bake-Off Croissants (proof, bake, fill, glaze, pack)
- Mix croissant dough
- Laminate block
- Shape croissants and other pastries
- Follow recipes for fillings, custards, and other toppings
