We are seekingr an experienced Baker and Bakery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations. The Bakery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, ordering ingredients, and ensuring quality control. The successful candidate will also have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the bakery.
- Ensure that all products are of the highest quality and meet health and safety standards.
- Supervise staff in all aspects of bakery production.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer orders.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Monitor customer feedback and adjust products accordingly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
