Balloon Store Team Member Job at Stages Plus
Join the Balloon World team! We are a group of decorators, artists, and party experts and we’re looking to add 1-2 team members to our team to work in our storefront located at 6870 Stapoint Ct.
This is not a typical retail job. You will be working with customers in a one-on-one setting to help them with all of their balloon needs, including finding the right products, making suggestions, recommending additional products that might enhance their party, and checking them out seamlessly when ready to order.
You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining a clean work environment, understanding and updating the inventory, and making changes to the displays in the store.
You will also learn the basics of balloon decorating to be able to build simple arrangements and bouquet for customers that walk-in and need an order filled immediately.
We are looking for someone who is available to work Monday through Friday from 10am-4pm. The store is closed on the weekends and on all major holidays.
In addition to this schedule requirement, we also need someone who is fun, outgoing, friendly, eager to learn new things, highly organized, creative, reliable and someone who likes to stay busy with tasks.
