We are prospecting for an Asset Management Specialist the Head of Special Assets for our Orlando office branch

Job Description:

Our 48-year-old growing company seeks an outgoing individual with experience in the Bankruptcy receivables market to solicit and develop new clients. The ideal candidate is a results-driven person who knows where to look for and how to find commercial clients. The Asset Management Specialist is a professional who is responsible for the management and disposition of assets.

Responsibilities:

• Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables
• Responsible for entire projects or processes within a professional area related to special asset/loans.
• Communicates with internal and client project team members
• Works to influence team members regarding solution design, process and/or approaches
• Verifying counts against accompanying documents processing pick requests

.Qualifications:

• Bankruptcy receivables experience.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to develop and sustain business relationships.
• Self-starter with demonstrated skills in taking initiative, problem-solving, negotiating, and driving results.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Microsoft Office experience.
