Great Opportunity for Culinary Professionals seeking employment with a top tier banquet event facility in West Michigan.
Executive Banquet Chef: Responsible for all aspects of food service operation from small to very large groups in a banquet setting. Responsibilities will include menu creation, recipe development, food and labor cost management, ordering of food inventory, food prep, plating, and dinner service while presenting an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications required: 3+ years experience in banquet environment & ServSafe certified, 4 years culinary degree preferred.
We offer a competitive salary and benefit package in a banquet environment.
Compensation Range of 55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
- PTO - typically 8 weeks per year
