We are seeking a dedicated and experienced banquet setup team member to join our dynamic events team. The primary responsibilities of this position include setting up tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary equipment for events, as well as ensuring that the event space is clean and organized. The successful candidate will work closely with event planners and other team members to ensure that each event is executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to event specifications, including table and chair placement, table linens, table settings, and decorations.
- Prepare and arrange all necessary equipment and supplies for each event, such as audio-visual equipment, lighting, and decorations.
- Ensure that all event spaces are clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining a neat and orderly appearance.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of events, including greeting guests, directing them to their seats, and providing assistance as needed.
- Take down and clean up event spaces after each event, including packing up equipment, removing linens, and cleaning tables and chairs.
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
